



Hervé Lauret is a Client Account Director within Korn Ferry’s Global Industrial Market, based in Paris. He leads strategic client relationships at a global level, partnering with senior executives to shape and execute business and talent strategies that drive growth, transformation, and sustained performance.
In his role, Hervé partners with organizations on their most critical human capital challenges, delivering integrated solutions across Korn Ferry’s full suite of capabilities, including Executive Search, Leadership & Talent Consulting, Rewards & Benefits, and Organizational Strategy. He brings particular expertise in driving complex transformation, strengthening commercial effectiveness, and building leadership capabilities that translate strategy into measurable business impact.
With over 17 years of experience spanning talent acquisition, consulting, and account leadership, Hervé has led large-scale, international engagements across Europe and beyond. He has a strong track record of building long-term partnerships with global organizations and connecting people strategy to tangible business outcomes.
Hervé is also a certified Executive Coach (ACC, ICF), supporting senior leaders and leadership teams in accelerating performance, navigating change, and delivering lasting impact. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, bringing a disciplined focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Prior to his current role, Hervé held several leadership positions within Korn Ferry’s RPO practice, where he led complex global talent solutions for multinational clients.
He holds executive education credentials from HEC Paris and Centrale Lille.
