As Search Leader for the Consumer and Digital CoE Practice, Hilda advises enterprise leaders and organizations in the Consumer Products, Retail, Travel, Hospitality & Leisure, and Media & Entertainment sectors across the region to drive leadership change and transformation with an impact. She also leads Korn Ferry’s Digital Center of Excellence sector for Asia Pacific.
With over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the Consumer industry, she partners closely with CEOs and Founders of Global MNCs, Asian conglomerates and mature start-ups going through transformation or hyper growth in a dynamic industry landscape. She leads retained C-suite and senior leadership engagements that transform, turn around and scale businesses. Besides commercial leadership mandates, she has functional expertise across sales & marketing, communications, customer experience, digital transformation, and eCommerce.
Hilda started her career with top global advertising agencies managing clients in the FMCG, Hospitality and Retail sectors. Before joining Korn Ferry, Hilda was Managing Partner, APAC with a retained leadership advisory firm specialised in Consumer, Media & Entertainment, dividing her time between Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
Having grown up and lived in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, Hilda holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Marketing & Public Relations) from Curtin University in Western Australia, and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She is an advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion, and passionate about contributing to an organizational culture driven by purpose and innovation. Outside of work, she is an active volunteer in non-profit organizations.
