As Search Leader for the Consumer and Digital Practice, Hilda leads the Consumer sector with a focus on Travel, Hospitality & Leisure, Luxury, Retail, Media & Entertainment. She also leads functional expertise across sales & marketing, communications, customer experience, digital transformation and eCommerce.

Hilda has over 20 years of consulting and marketing services experience and started her career in creative advertising where she honed her account management skills with both multinational and local conglomerate clients in the consumer sector.

In 2004, she switched from launching omnichannel marketing communication campaigns to executive search in media & advertising as the sector was going through digital transformation.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Hilda was Managing Partner, APAC with a global boutique retained leadership search firm for 6 years, where she divided her time between Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Over the years, she has developed a reputation for her collaborative and consultative approach and building long term, strategic partnership with clients. She has a proven track record in leading retained leadership searches and placing some of the most highly regarded senior executives and C-suite leaders in dynamic sectors and new economy businesses.

With market insights, industry knowledge and connectivity across Asia, Hilda  has partnered closely with leaders of both MNCs and start-ups going through transformation or hyper growth in rapidly evolving landscape. She is an advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion, and passionate about contributing to an organizational culture driven by purpose and innovation. 

Having grown up and lived in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, Hilda holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Marketing & Public Relations) from Curtin University in Western Australia. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
