Holly Moody is a Senior Consultant on the Organizational Strategy team specializing in organizational design and work and career architecture, delivering strategic solutions that empower clients to unlock their full potential.

She brings a dynamic blend of analytical rigor and human-centered design to her work, helping organizations navigate complex transitions and build resilient, future-ready workforces.

With six years of experience across federal and private sectors, Holly has led initiatives in organizational design, workforce development, talent strategy, and  learning and development. Her work includes designing AI and cybersecurity work roles, career pathways, training programs, developing competency models, and driving digital transformation efforts for agencies in the healthcare and energy industries. She has also contributed to thought leadership through published research and whitepapers on executive development and AI enablement.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Holly held consulting roles at a leading advisory firm, where she spearheaded change management and organizational effectiveness projects. She also served in academic and government roles focused on HR strategy, cross-cultural training, and research.

Holly holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and San Diego State University, respectively. She is a certified Prosci® Change Management Practitioner and holds multiple credentials in Agile, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. Holly is fluent in English.
