Hyder Alikhan is a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry's Technology practice, uniquely positioned at the intersection of operator experience and executive search.
Having held commercial and operational roles at PE-backed and publicly traded SaaS/AI companies including Sprinklr and Salesloft, he understands the real demands of scaling technology organizations. He channels that experience into retained executive search, working with PE firms and leaders to identify talent capable of navigating growth, digital transformation, and organizational and technical change.
Prior to his operator roles, Hyder built deep industry relationships through executive search at Heidrick &Struggles and Bain & Company.
He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, an MBA from Quantic School of Business, and an MS in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
