Iain has recently moved from Miller Heiman Group where he was the EMEA Snr Director of Sales Operations to Korn Ferry as the Sales and Service Solutions Lead for the EMEA region. He is based out of the London office.

Iain is accountable for complex solution design across the Sales and Service portfolio working with clients to develop the right solution and embedding strategy to assure long term change and business impact. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Iain has worked in the Sales and Business Development field for 19 years, across Pharmaceutical, Financial Services and Professional Services sectors.
He has led business development and account management initiatives globally.  He has consulted on Sales Performance and Sales Effectiveness, most recently leading the global sales transformation for KPMG.

Iain is a qualified NLP practitioner, OPP (MBTI) practitioner and Miller Heiman Group methodology Facilitator, Coach and Trainer.   He is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP) and is involved in industry events ensuring that his practice is informed by best-in-class research and activity.  He has been a speaker and panellist at business and skills development events and a judge at the British Excellence in Sales Management Awards (BESMA).
