She brings with her almost 20 years of broad, global executive search experience across Healthcare, Academic Medicine and Higher Education across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the United States. Her wide-ranging expertise encompasses senior-level searches for public and private healthcare services organizations, academic medical centers, as well as buildouts of higher education and research institutions.

Inga originally joined Korn Ferry in 2005 and worked as a Senior Associate in the Dubai and Philadelphia offices before she became a Senior Client Partner in the Middle East, assisting clients in the Healthcare and Education sector with the build out of their leadership teams. In 2016, she formed part of the firm’s global mobility program and moved to Los Angeles, where she worked on Healthcare Services searches across North America for two years. She then moved back to Europe to join another global, specialized executive search firm with focus on healthcare, life sciences and education across the EMEA region, before she rejoined Korn Ferry in 2024.

Prior to entering the executive search industry, Inga worked as a Research Analyst for a life sciences focused competitive intelligence firm in London.

Inga has a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Lincoln (United Kingdom) and an Executive MBA from IE Brown. She is a native German speaker with fluency in English and advanced Spanish and French skills.
