As the Head of North America Financial Markets, Interim, Irene is responsible for the build-out of project consulting, contingent labour and executive interim services focused on its various segments.
Irene is a proven market and sales leader with over 20 years of relevant experience. Her expertise spans building, growing and managing sales and delivery teams, client and market strategy, scaling complex project teams and overall leadership. Irene is passionate about serving the financial services community and inspiring her team(s) to do the same.
Irene joins Korn Ferry from RGP, a global project consulting firm, where she spent 21 years in multiple positions including SVP and Head of Financial Services, North America. Irene was known as a boomerang at RGP as she took a break for 3 years to start the NY office for Vaco and came back in 2019 to formalize and run Financial Services.
Irene started her career with PWC as an IT Auditor and spent the following 10 years with JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley in various capital markets audit roles.
Irene has a B.B.A. in Management Science with a minor in Mathematics from Pace University Lubin School of Business. She was a Series 7 and 63 certified professional and held the CFSA (Certified Financial Services Auditor) designation while practicing.
Irene was born in Moscow, RU and immigrated to the United States with her parents and extended family in 1981. Irene is still fluent in Russian.
Irene currently resides in Montvale, NJ with her husband and Frenchie named Zeus. They are a blended family of 5 grown kids with the youngest one still in college.
