He has 9.5 years of experience at a leading global management consulting firm, as Senior expert and global dean of learning. He has pioneered various revenue stream initiatives such as a signature Leadership Presence Program which was the first of its kind in the UAE and Germany and co-led the Black Executive Leadership Program - A global initiative birthed to equip leaders of colour during covid and in response to Black Lives Matter. He has designed signature culture change interventions that still have impact today. He also founded Dramalysis a boutique consulting company, coaching leaders, C-Suites execs how to truly hit the mark in the art of oratory communication and leadership presence - shaping, presenting and delivering powerful stories and human messages that engaged all the senses. “Everyone has a voice, how you use it determines who will listen”. Israel has a BA Hons in Acting, Theory U expert, certified Transformational Narrative Coach, expert in Oratory Dynamics , certified master facilitator, storytelling master coach, an expert in workshop design and developmental immersive experiences.
