Jack Finan is a Global Account Lead in Korn Ferry’s Chicago office. He has over a decade of experience leading complex and cross-functional organizations in achieving their strategic objectives on behalf of his clients. In his current role, Jack partners with his clients in developing and executing their organizational and talent strategies as part of the broader effort to drive business growth and enhance performance.
He joined Korn Ferry from Accenture where he was the Account Management & Innovation Lead – Industrials for Accenture’s Midwest Resources Practice. Jack worked in partnership with Accenture’s Client Account Leads to shape the strategy and innovation agenda of the company’s Midwest Industrial Clients.
Prior to his time with Accenture, Jack served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army where he held various leadership roles including Platoon Leader, Executive Officer and Assistant Operations Officer. He is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, having completed a deployment to Afghanistan during the Global War on Terrorism.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point where he was a member of the football team.
