Mr. Police has twenty years of executive search experience and rejoined Korn Ferry in 2004 from a U.S. competitor in the search business.

Mr. Police has experience in assisting pharmaceutical companies in attracting senior executive talent across a diverse range of business functions, including Chief Executive Officers, Chief Commercial Officers, Chief Business Officers and Senior Sales & Marketing professionals. Mr. Police is also responsible for developing relationships with the Global Biotechnology and Life Sciences Venture Capital & Private Equity investor community across Europe.

He is particularly experienced in working closely with 'early stage' and mature 'biotech' - 'specialty' and biopharma' businesses recruiting Senior Management teams across all functions including Board Directors and Chairmen globally. Mr. Police is also an active member of Korn Ferry's global R&D Centre of Excellence.

Before entering executive search and specializing in the Life Sciences in the mid-nineties, Mr. Police worked for a leading financial services institution in a variety of strategic roles as well as for one of Europe's fastest growing expert financial recruitment firms and participated in the opening of affiliate offices in Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris.

Mr. Police is fluent in three European languages and is a graduate of the University of Strasbourg, France.
