Ms. Kupkovičová’s extensive experience in working with many different cultures is invaluable in gaining the trust of her clients. Her consultative approach ensures that client leaders are equipped to build the organizational capability to address short and long-term business challenges.

Through her 27 years with PDI and Korn Ferry, she has been involved in multiple global projects, working with executives and top teams in international environments, supporting culture transformations through the assessment and development of leadership, on an individual and team basis.

Ms. Kupkovicova is designing and facilitating leadership and culture programs helping her clients to change mindsets of leaders. She has extensive experience from coaching individuals and teams across the CE and EMEA region. Moreover, she has experience with shaping and building green fields as well as supporting M&A’s in Europe.

Ms. Kupkovičová has a diverse background in people strategy consulting, leadership assessment & development, and talent management at a local, regional and global level. She has helped organizations to reinvent and renew leadership frameworks to drive their business strategy. Her experience working with organizations in different markets and sectors including life-sciences, financial services, technology and industrial, affords her a strong understanding of the business issues that challenge various functional areas across organizations and industries.

Ms. Kupkovičová holds a doctoral degree in German grammar and literature and a master of arts degree in translation and interpretation from Comenius University, as well as a world bachelor of business degree in qualification for personnel and organizational development.
