Jan Campbell

Jan Campbell is Managing Partner of the US Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Practice of Korn Ferry and is based in Princeton, New Jersey.

Ms. Campbell has more than twenty years of experience assisting biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in attracting a diverse range of senior executive talent including CEOs, Chief Commercial Officers, Chief Business Officers, Chief Financial Officers and Chief Medical Officers in addition to conducting Board Director assignments. Ms. Campbell also serves as a core member of Korn Ferry’s CEO Succession Practice.

Ms. Campbell is broadly experienced in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she served as Vice President and Head of Global Marketing for the Ophthalmics Division of Novartis Pharmaceuticals based in Basel, Switzerland. Ms. Campbell was previously Head of Global Brand Planning for the Primary Care division of Novartis and International Product Manager for F Hoffmann-La Roche AG. 

Earlier in her career, she held various commercial management roles of increasing responsibility for G.D. Searle Pharmaceuticals (Pfizer) in the U.S.

Ms. Campbell has also been the recipient of Korn Ferry’s Client Excellence Award in recognition of earning the highest Client Satisfaction scores worldwide.

Ms. Campbell holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France, and completed a B.A. in Psychology with distinction from U.C.L.A. She has attended executive management training at Harvard Business School. Ms. Campbell serves as an active member of BioNJ.
