Associate Client Partner
Jay Saxton Parmar is an Associate Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Middle East Assessment and Succession Practice, based in Dubai.
Jay’s expertise is in global talent identification, succession and development including end-to-end pipeline management from Early Careers (Graduates and Apprentices) to Top team Selection and Team Effectiveness. Jay has held various senior HR roles with global multi-nationals as well as working with small Joint Ventures on their top team hiring and culture strategy.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Jay was Vice President, Talent Management and Organisational Development at Liberty Global a telecommunications, entertainment, technology, digital infrastructure and clean energy Private Equity firm operating across the US and Europe. Within a business undergoing significant transformation, Jay led the global talent strategy, activating mobility and accelerating high potential talent including designing and delivering high-impact development programs.
She has led teams of up to 14 and a wider global community of 20 Talent and Development colleagues.
Jay is a qualified practitioner across many of Korn Ferry’s expertise areas inc. senior executive assessment, simulation-based and integrated assessments, top team effectiveness, learning agility, high potential identification, 360 feedback and coaching. She is a regular speaker at conferences and was most recently Chair for 11th Annual Strategic HR Summit: Leadership Development, Talent Management and Recruitment in Berlin.
Jay holds an MSc in Management Consultancy and Organisational Change from Birkbeck University, London, she is a member of British Psychology Society and Level A and B trained, as well as being certified facilitator for many of KF’s proprietary tools.
