She specializes in leadership and executive search mandates across the Financial Services sector, partnering with clients to identify, assess and attract senior executives and transformational leaders. Her expertise spans capital markets, insurance, banking, NBFCs, asset management, fintech and financial infrastructure organizations.

Jayeeta brings over two decades of professional experience, including more than 15 years in executive search and leadership consulting. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she served as a Principal and Executive Search Consultant with a leading global executive search firm, where she advised clients on CXO and senior leadership hiring across Financial Services sector. Her experience encompasses executive search, business development, client relationship management, succession-oriented talent mapping and candidate evaluation.

Over the course of her career, Jayeeta has partnered with some of India's leading financial institutions and market infrastructure organizations, delivering mandates across CEO, Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, CFO, Chief Marketing Officer, General Counsel, Head of Corporate Banking, and other critical leadership roles.

Prior to her executive search career, Jayeeta held roles across financial services recruitment, consulting, media sales and business development. This diverse background enables her to bring a broad commercial perspective and deep understanding of leadership, organizational needs and talent markets, helping clients build high-performing leadership teams.

Jayeeta holds a Masters of Management Studies degree from N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Sophia College, Mumbai University.
