Jean-Charles is a Senior Principal & Executive Coach, based in the Firm’s Paris office. He has extensive experience in leadership consulting and supports Executives in their business transformations.
He holds a strong conviction that sustainable economic performance is fundamentally driven by people and is dedicated to enhancing leaders’ self-awareness to help them reach their full potential.
A trusted advisor to C-level leaders, he designs and leads leadership assessments and executive coaching initiatives across complex international environments.
Before joining Korn Ferry, he developed over 20 years of expertise in talent management and executive search within international consulting firms.
Jean-Charles holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Paris-Dauphine University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IAE Montpellier University.
He is a certified business coach (IFOD, EMCC France) and is accredited in a range of psychometrics tools and assessment methodologies including, Korn Ferry online Leadership Solutions, KF360, Hogan, Saville and Golden.
He also volunteers as a mentor to students with the Article 1 association, supporting equal access to educational and career opportunities regardless of social, economic, or cultural background.
He is a native French speaker and fluent in English.
