Associate Client Partner, Private Markets Advisory
Jeff is a Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Private Markets Advisory, working closely with Principal Investors, Private Equity/Venture Capital Sponsors, and Portfolio Companies. He is located in the firm’s Chicago office.
Jeff possesses in-depth expertise in senior management diligence, CEO readiness and succession, operating model, and organizational strategy, increasing revenue synergies in the context of M&A, and Sponsor and Portfolio Company compensation. He collaborates closely with Deal Teams, Investment Committees, Boards, and Management Teams to drive faster yet thorough human capital decisions throughout the deal cycle.
He has authored numerous articles and provided thought leadership perspectives on public and private markets.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Jeff spearheaded the Global Private Equity Consulting Practice at Gallup as Head of Private Markets, where he collaborated with Sponsors and Portfolio companies to enhance enterprise value through human capital strategies. He also held an advisory board role for Gallup's Diversity Advisory Council.
Previously, Jeff worked at Goldman Sachs advising institutional investors, large-cap and middle-market corporations, and financial sponsors, across both public and private markets. He took a leadership role in the firm's diversity and inclusion strategy task force and contributed to Goldman's 10,000 Small Businesses program by evaluating small business owners and start-ups.
Furthermore, Jeff established and led a social impact investing fund, dedicated to investing in non-profit entities and providing advisory services on board development, community strategy, and fundraising/financing.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University. He currently serves as the Board Chair at Art on Sedgwick and acts as an Advisor to DePaul University's Institutional Asset Management Committee.
