Prior to his current role, Mr. Goodell served as the Life Science Market Leader for Korn Ferry Professional Search.  Directly prior, he served as the Sector Leader for the Pharmaceuticals Practice. Mr. Goodell joined Korn Ferry in 2012 as Managing Consultant for the Life Science Practice.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Goodell served as a Principal within the Life Science Practice of a top 5 retained executive search firm.

Over his career, he has completed over 400 engagements for numerous top-tier, mid-cap and early stage organizations.  

Through his experience in the industry, Mr. Goodell has established a vast network of life science executives around the world.  In addition to assisting clients with C-suite and President level assignments, he has also successfully completed engagements across numerous functional areas including Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Market Access, HEOR, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, HR and others.

Mr. Goodell completed an MBA from the University of Iowa and earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Simpson College.
