Jen has over nine years of experience developing tailored culture transformation and change management solutions, which include culture change strategy and roadmap development and implementation, social marketing campaigns to enable behavior change, strategic roadmap development and implementation, change management plan development and implementation, and change communications.
She enables senior leaders to foster their desired culture and lead enterprise-wide change efforts that transform how an organization achieves its mission and vision. The culture and change solutions that Jen develops capture and are informed by the perspectives of all levels of an organization and other key stakeholders to ensure that solutions are holistic in nature and tailored to stakeholder needs.
Jen has developed and implemented culture transformation and change management solutions with senior leaders from various offices within the Department of the Air Force and the Department of Homeland Security.
She joined Korn Ferry from management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, where she was a thought leader in Culture Transformation and Change Management within the Aerospace team. Prior to that, Jen was an organizational development specialist at ANSER.
Jen has a Master of Arts in Organizational Sciences from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
