Jenny Seaver

Jenny Seaver is a Principal in the San Francisco office and a member of the Higher Education, Academic Medicine, and Healthcare Services practices.

Jenny works with a broad range of clients and has over a decade of experience in higher education administration, academic medicine management, and non-profit health system leadership.

Jenny’s work at Korn Ferry focuses on academic leadership recruitments including Dean, Provost, Department Chair, and Clinical Chief roles. She also works with clients on executive administration and C-suite positions across public and private universities and colleges, academic health systems, medical centers, and integrated delivery networks, NCI-designated comprehensive cancer centers, and non-profit professional associations and organizations.​

Prior to Korn Ferry, Jenny was an Assistant Director of Admissions and Director of Multicultural Recruitment at Vassar College. She was also a recruiter at Boston Consulting Group, running recruitment programs for multiple universities. Jenny has held administration roles at two University of California campuses. At UC Davis, she served as a Business Director.​ Her experience also includes Chief Administrative Officer for Radiation Oncology at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, and Director of several oncology specialties for UCLA Health.

Jenny received her Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College, Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan, and Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson.
