Having recently joined Korn Ferry from one of Australia’s top boutique executive search firms, Jenny brings an impressive track record in successfully placing senior executives in the consumer sector. Her background also includes a notable tenure as CEO in two major retail and manufacturing businesses.

With an earlier 17-year career in advertising, spanning diverse consumer categories and brands, Jenny has an innate understanding of not only diverse consumer categories but also a lived-in perspective on brands, media and communication. Her vast experience enables her to apply her broad and transferrable skills to help clients achieve outstanding results.

As a Senior Client Partner in Executive Search, Jenny brings her deep people focus to the forefront. Drawing from her own leadership experiences, she understands the transformative impact that the right C-Suite Executive or Board Director can have on an organisation's success. Jenny is highly knowledgeable about the key skills that top executives and directors need to excel, whether in family-owned businesses, private equity environments, or ASX/NZX-listed companies.

Jenny is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), a long- standing member of The CEO Institute, and a non-executive director of one of Australia's largest staircase and balustrading manufacturers. Additionally, she has been a finalist in The CEO Magazine's CEO of the Year Awards.
