Jenny Willits is our Senior Client Partner leading the Consumer practice across Australia and New Zealand, based in the firms Sydney office. She is also the lead Partner in our Customer, Marketing & Corporate Affairs practice.

Jenny brings an impressive track record in successfully placing senior executives in the consumer sector. Her background also includes a notable tenure as CEO in two major, PE-backed consumer and manufacturing businesses.

With an earlier 17-year career in advertising and media in the UK and Australia, including as Managing Director of WPP-owned J. Walter Thompson, Jenny has an innate understanding of not only diverse consumer categories but also a lived-in perspective on brands, media and communication. Her vast experience enables her to apply her broad and transferrable skills to help clients achieve outstanding results.

As a Senior Client Partner in Executive Search, Jenny brings her deep people focus to the forefront. Drawing from her own leadership experiences, she understands the transformative impact that the right, customer-centric C-Suite Executive or Board Director can have on an organisation's success. Jenny is highly knowledgeable about the key skills that top executives and directors need to excel, whether in family-owned businesses, private equity environments, or ASX/NZX-listed companies.

Jenny is also a non-executive director of one of Australia's largest staircase and balustrading manufacturers, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and a long-standing member of The CEO Institute. Additionally, she has been a finalist in The CEO Magazine's CEO of the Year Awards. Jenny also combines her passion for sport and leadership as a mentor at Minerva Network, helping professional sportswomen thrive both during and beyond their sporting careers.
