Ms. Bowman is a part of the firm's Workforce Performance, Inclusion and Diversity Services group. She brings more than a decade of experience dedicated to leadership and talent consulting at local and international levels with specific expertise in the following industries: asset management, insurance, banking, and retail.

Recently, Ms. Bowman has helped clients with establishing a global competency model, culture transformation (including assessment and change management), launching mentoring programs and both establishing and refining diversity and inclusion strategy.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Bowman worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, a leading human capital management consultancy firm, as a director within their Financial Services Advisory Practice. There, she served both business and HR leaders by providing expertise in transformational change, culture, workplace flexibility, program/portfolio management, leadership development, as well as learning strategy and solutions.

Ms. Bowman started her career as an instructional designer for a retail company where she gained hands-on experience in delivery of leadership development programs, value-based culture change and various other educational offerings.

She is a graduate of Pepperdine University and has a dual bachelor's degree in organizational and intercultural communications.
