Joana has led complex employee listening projects, managed multi-country HR compliance, and guided organizations through global transformations, M&A, and workforce transitions. Her background includes roles in organizational research, engagement survey management, and business analysis, supporting both global and regional clients in diverse sectors
She has a degree of Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
