Mr. Buechli partners with clients to drive a strategic approach to talent and human capital management. He has worked with Fortune 500, publicly traded, privately held, and private equity backed organizations to build high-performing leadership teams that can unleash organizational potential and maximize value.

Mr. Buechli works across the global Industrial market, with a focus on serving clients in diversified manufacturing, automotive, engineered products, chemicals, and industrial services sectors. He has led and executed numerous search assignments for functions including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, President, Board, and Supply Chain/Operations. He also partners with clients on CEO Succession projects, working closely with organizations to develop and implement succession planning initiatives.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Buechli worked in the Industrial and Board & CEO practices at a global executive search and advisory firm.

Mr. Buechli earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
