Mr. Sherlock brings to the firm more than 30 years' experience in the Commercial Insurance industry where he has held various leadership positions. He joined Korn Ferry in 2019 from Willis Towers Watson, where he was Head of Corporate Risk & Broking in Greater Philadelphia. There, he led a team responsible for $43 million in revenue and developed an organizational structure that created high performing teams in the Real Estate, Education, Construction, and Health & Human Services markets.

Previously, he drove the global broker strategy for Philadelphia Insurance Company (Tokio Marine Group) and served as President, Mid Atlantic Region for AIG where he led the turnaround of a $1.6 billion operation. Mr. Sherlock's focus on the development and implementation of an effective target operating model effectively shifted the mix of business resulting in improved revenue & risk adjusted profit.

Mr. Sherlock is an industry leader known not only for his results-oriented, strategic thinking, but also for his deep and trusted client relationships. His expertise in risk management and operational optimization will bring great value to our clients and our firm.

Mr. Sherlock earned a B.S. in Marketing/Finance from Drexel University and completed coursework at the Wharton School of Business.

While based in Philadelphia, Mr. Sherlock will be spending quite a bit of his time in the New York office with the Financial Services team.
