Prior to joining Korn Ferry Joy Harrison led commercial lending operations as regional VP for CitiGroup, ran corporate L&D functions for Perot Systems, led sales training for Dell Services and directed the Leadership Development Center of Excellence for NTT DATA Services. She has traveled to over two dozen countries facilitating leadership and train-the-trainer programs.
