Ms. Robertson is a trusted advisor to clients bringing strategic insight into merger and acquisition models, advancing population health, improving hospital/ physician alignment models and using analytics to innovate care delivery.

Ms. Robertson partners with clients to align results using contingency based arrangements.

Ms. Robertson recently led a project with a top tier multi-site academic health system to engage and align physicians and employees to strategically grow the patient population, reduce care variation, and improve profitability as they transformed for the future of population health.

Ms. Robertson has unique experience as a Healthcare Executive and Consulting Business leader. With over 25 years of healthcare consulting experience, Ms. Robertson has led practices at Deloitte, Navigant and Ernst & Young. She has strategically repositioned health systems to succeed in the rapidly changing environment engaging the organization and their people in successful, sustainable change.

Areas of expertise include: executive coaching and transition planning, leadership development, strategy development and execution, merger and acquisition modeling and execution, population health operating model and roadmap development, clinical variation reduction, physician network development and physician, employee and customer engagement.

Ms. Robertson holds a master's degree in business administration from the Simon School, University of Rochester, as well as a master's degree in nursing from SUNY Buffalo and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Alfred University.
