Karen is a Senior Client Partner and  a member of the Firm’s Global Technology Industry Team.

Karen partners with client’s leadership teams to execute business strategies through their people by focusing on how to effectively source, develop, reward and retain top talent to achieve outstanding business outcomes.

Karen has partnered with and advised clients on human capital strategy, global engagement, leadership development, risk and compliance, assessment and succession planning, and board effectiveness.

She has extensive experience in domestic and global client relationship management, building relationships based on trust, and has developed relationships with many Fortune 500 employers and a variety of multinational companies.

In her role, Karen serves as a strategic advisor, helping clients effectively manage and plan for talent risks while aligning talent strategy to the business strategy. She is an experienced leader with a broad and varied background in both the technology and consumer markets industries with a particular focus on the intersection of technology and consumer markets to transform the retail experience.

She has over 25 years of experience, including time with Ajilon, RSM MCGladrey, PwC and founded and led an executive search practice.

Karen is the founder and a current Board member of the Enterprise Risk Forum and is on the Club Advisory Board for the Boys and Girls Club of King County.

Karen holds a BS in English from Rutgers University.
