Karla Rosales

Principal

Karla Rosales is Principal in the Monterrey Office for Korn Ferry serving clients in the industrial and consumer sectors.

With over 15 years of experience in executive search at international firms, Karla has worked with a wide range of industries, providing customized solutions to identify and develop strategic leaders. Her approach combines a deep understanding of the market with the ability to adapt talent strategies to sectors such as technology, consumer, manufacturing and retail.

In her role within Korn Ferry, she has led global executive talent acquisition projects, industry-specific talent mapping, mass hiring, and executive assessment projects.  

Most of her experience has been in Boards, CEO, finance leaders, commercial roles, human resources, marketing, operations and R&D positions, adapting his experience to the specific needs of each sector.

Committed to the continuous development, Karla also actively collaborates with associations such as ERIAC & American Chamber, where she shares best practices and strengthens professional networks in the industry.

Karla has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with a specialty in International Administration from the University of Monterrey.
