Senior Client Partner

Kartikey heads the Reward & Benefit Solution practice for KF in Singapore. He is an expert in area of Reward Strategy including Sales Compensation and Executive Pay & Governance.

Kartikey advises Regional and Global APAC based companies on change management initiatives around HR transformation, Sales Effectiveness and M&A.

Kartikey also leads key accounts for KF in Industrial and Technology sector

Kartikey had led large projects across multiple geographies in EMEA and APAC to support effective design and implementation of reward strategies and performance system to drive and improve business performance.

Kartikey assists clients with all aspects of executive  and broad-based compensation, including design of Total Reward programs (base salary structures, short- and long-term incentives, sales commission and recognition programs) and supports the implementation and effective communication to key stakeholders

Mr. Singh also assists clients on all areas of work measurement and is a certified trainer and practitioner of Hay Guide Chart Profile Method� of job evaluation.

Mr. Singh holds an MBA with specialisation in Strategy and HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur in India. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with specialisation in Electronics & Communication Engineering. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Kartikey worked with PwC where he has been involved in various HR consultancy assignment for clients involving organisational restructuring and Reward Strategy.
