Katie is a trusted talent connector who helps companies reach their goals by matching them with top accounting and finance consultants.

She is passionate about building strong relationships and finding meaningful work for the professionals she represents. Katie takes great care in supporting her consultants and consistently delivers high-quality solutions for complex and time-sensitive projects.

Katie has been with Salo, now Korn Ferry, for 17 years. Over that time, she has built a deep network and developed extensive expertise in the accounting and finance industry. Her background includes experience as an auditor at Boulay, and she is a licensed CPA with a degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.

She is a recognized leader in her profession, having served as Board Chair of the Minnesota Society of CPAs and as a member of the AICPA Council. Katie works with clients of all sizes across a wide range of industries including industrial, consumer, nonprofit, financial services, technology, and life sciences. Her focus is on providing exceptional interim accounting and finance consultants tailored to each client’s needs.

Outside of work, Katie is a generous contributor to her community. She has volunteered in several countries, offering her time to teach, build, and care for people in need. She lives in St. Louis Park, Minnesota with her young family and enjoys conducting benefit auctions for nonprofit organizations.
