Kedist Tsadik is a Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry’s Technology Practice.

She leverages her deep expertise in Cloud, Data, and Generative AI to partner with global organizations to architect high-performing leadership teams that drive profound business transformation. She is recognized for her thoughtful, high-touch partnership and a demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between complex technological evolution and the exceptional talent required to lead it. By combining technical domain expertise with a sophisticated global perspective, Kedist empowers clients to identify visionary leadership capable of navigating today’s rapidly shifting digital landscape.

Kedist brings nearly 10 years of global experience in Board and C-level executive search, spanning the US, Europe, Africa and Asia. Most recently, Kedist spent nearly a decade in key global roles at Google in Paris and Singapore, including five years with Google Cloud in Singapore. In that capacity, she served as the Chief of Staff to the President of Google Cloud Asia Pacific, and subsequently led the go-to-market programs for Google Cloud's Mid-Market Business in Asia Pacific. These experiences have given her invaluable insights into the leadership capabilities required to navigate high-growth, tech-centric environments. Prior to joining Google, Kedist was an Executive Recruiter in Spencer Stuart's Los Angeles office.

Kedist holds a Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
