Senior Client Partner, Board & CEO Practice

Kerynne Metherell is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Board & CEO Practice, based in the Firm’s London office. She advises Boards and CEOs on Chair and CEO succession, NED appointments and board effectiveness, working closely with leadership teams to ensure long term organisational performance and resilience.

Kerynne brings more than 15 years of international experience in board level search, assessment, development and governance advisory and helps organisations navigate transformation, disruption and leadership transition. Before joining Korn Ferry, she was a senior leader in another global board practice, where she partnered with FTSE, private and PE-backed clients on some of their most complex leadership challenges.

Kerynne’s consulting experience is grounded in a career in international business. After Glaxo Pharmaceuticals’ graduate management programme, she worked across the Middle East and Asia for The Coca Cola Company. After her MBA, she moved into strategy consulting with Oliver Wyman before leading the business development and strategy functions at AOL Europe and then Channel 4, delivering strategic transformation programmes under two CEOs.

Kerynne holds an MA from the University of Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD. She is certified by the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, is qualified in the use of numerous psychometric assessments including 16PF, MBTI, Hogan HPI, HDS and MVPI, and is an accredited Executive Coach.
