Senior Client Director

Kevin has been with Korn Ferry since 2009 and is based in the firm’s Brussels office.

He is currently senior client director digital with a main expertise in talent management and assessment & succession. Kevin is a trusted advisor for some global clients in different sectors.

Kevin tries to translate business issues of clients into tailored solutions to implement new processes or support existing processes in talent management, assessments and reward management (including job grading & benchmarking) by bringing in the appropriate experts, selecting the appropriate tools or by using his experience in those domains.

Kevin is a SME in the domain of the Korn Ferry digital platform of success profiles and integrated solutions where processes are connected via digital platforms or Korn Ferry IP.

Succession planning, talent review,  integrated assessment approaches, leadership development programs and career frameworks are topics where Kevin led multiple projects.

Kevin holds a Master in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp (UA), Belgium.

He obtained certifications in several Korn Ferry assessment tools (Emotional and Social Competency Inventory, Leadership Styles & Climate, KF Leadership and Potential Solution, KF360, …) and the Korn Ferry competency model.

He is fluent in English and Dutch and has a professional working knowledge of French.
