Senior Client Partner, Regional Accounts

Kim Crowley is a Senior Client Partner in the Boston office of Korn Ferry with responsibilities for many of Korn Ferry’s Life Sciences clients.

Ms. Crowley brings to the firm more than 20 years of consulting experience, working with both publicly traded and privately owned multinational companies across various sectors.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Crowley was with Ernst & Young, where she held various leadership positions, most recently as a partner in the People Advisory Services (“PAS”) practice. Ms. Crowley also was the PAS project lead for EY’s  internal education programs, where she developed strategy, curriculum, and training programs for new hires, experienced staff and managers.

Ms. Crowley has spent her career advising multinational companies on strategic global workforce management, acting as a trusted and strategic advisor to companies of all sizes and across all sectors. She has worked with companies going through an initial international expansion as well as larger companies with an established international presence.  Ms. Crowley’s experience includes building and managing high performing, globally dispersed teams, ranging in size from five to 100+.  She has focused on organizations going through change, including mergers,  acquisitions, divestitures, leadership changes, vendor changes, and cost reduction initiatives.  She assisted these clients with integrating programs, and harmonizing policies, processes, technology and vendors.

Ms. Crowley earned a B.S in business and accounting from The University of Massachusetts at Boston. She is a Certified Public Accounting licensed in Massachusetts, a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s and a member of the American Institute of CPA’s.
