Ms. Bryant is part of Korn Ferry’s Organizational Strategy practice focused on helping her clients develop more effective commercial teams through Sales Transformation.

Ms. Bryant helps her clients transform their Sales teams through channel strategy development, in-direct channel optimization and organizational strategy.

Prior to Korn Ferry Ms. Bryant spent over a decade in management consulting Accenture and Deloitte where she focused on Sales and Service excellence.  In addition, she has Sales and Marketing experience in major organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Activision|Blizzard and Zillow.

Ms. Bryant holds a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University and a B.A. in Psychology from Temple University.  Additionally, she holds a Black Belt certification Six Sigma Lean design.

Ms. Bryant’s business impact includes:

  • Creating a global CRM plans for global consumer and pharmaceutical companies
