For almost 10 years Lars has carried out executive advisory work for clients in Life Sciences; Biopharma, Biotech, MedTech, Diagnostics, Tech-in-Healthcare and affiliated industries. He focuses on Board, CEO, and C-suite executive search with Life Science clients advising Chairs and CEO’s on, board composition, C-suite recruitment and talent development.

During his career, Lars has completed a large number of CEO recruitments and Non-Executive Board appointments. He joined Korn Ferry in 2022 from another global executive search firm. At Korn Ferry, Lars is working out of Copenhagen as part of Korn Ferry’s global Life Sciences Practice.

Prior to executive search, Lars had a career in Life Sciences in general management positions, amongst other as CEO, for a publicly listed in-vitro-fertilization company and as EVP, Sales & Marketing for a well-reputed growth medical device business. Besides Denmark, he has lived and worked in the UK, France, and Belarus.

Lars holds a B.Sc. in Business, Language and Culture from Copenhagen Business School, General Management programs at INSEAD, and he has served as Reserve Officer in the Royal Danish Army.

A Danish native, he speaks English and French fluently.
