Laura collaborates with her team of business development directors to provide both clients and consultants with meaningful experiences. Laura’s “how can I help” approach allows her to build deep and trusting business connections.

Laura joined Salo in January 2023, with 20+ years experience in Finance and Accounting,  starting her career as an auditor at EY focusing on retail, manufacturing, consumer products clients in Minneapolis and London, UK. Most recently she was a divisional controller at Ecolab and prior to that the Director of Financial Reporting. Laura is an active certified public accountant.

Laura resides in Edina, MN with her husband, two children and Bernedoodle Zeus.  She is often found cheering her kids on at the ice rinks or at the softball fields/baseball diamonds. She also serves as President of the Edina Girls Fastpitch Association.
