Laura Mancini is a Principal at Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Boston office. Her focus is Instructional Design and Executive Coaching.
Ms. Mancini has served as an instructional designer of customized training for a wide range of Fortune 500 companies. She has worked with clients across industries such as financial services, technology, life sciences, manufacturing, sales, energy/utilities, and consumer goods.
She has expertise in designing and developing instructor-led, virtual and blended solutions as well as creating facilitator materials for delivery enablement.
She also partners with the digital team to create eLearning storyboards, videos, podcasts and reinforcement tools. She supports business development and consulting as a solution architect by helping clients select the appropriate solutions to meet their specific needs.
As an executive coach, she partners with senior leaders to achieve their goals, navigate complex challenges, and drive meaningful impact across their organizations.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2006, Ms. Mancini worked in consulting as an instructional designer and project manager, and for several large retail companies as a training specialist.
Ms. Mancini has a bachelor’s degree in speech communication from Northeastern University. She also holds a master’s degree in business communication from Emerson College and a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College.
