Laurent Gusdorf is a Senior Client Partner in the Technology & Digital Officers Practice based in the Firm’s Paris Office. He is a member of the Global Technology & Digital Officers Practice and leads this expertise in France.

Laurent brings 20 years’ experience leading CIO, CDO, CDIO and senior technology and digital assignments globally. He operates across all industries and is known for his relationships with best-in-class technology and digital executives across the globe, both existing and emerging. He has served a wide variety of clients rand has been a trusted partner to prominent global companies (listed and non-listed) and private equity backed businesses.

Laurent is also part of the Technology & Digital Practice assisting emerging growth companies to the world's premier public technology corporations to recruit their senior leaders (Board, CEO, CTO) in all regions of the world. He has led many high-profile engagements for companies in software, IT services, and industrial technology.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Laurent worked with a boutique search firm,  where he led recruitment projects for software and telecommunications companies.

Laurent graduated from Neoma Business School in 2005. He is fluent in English and French.
