Laurent brings over ten years’ experience leading CIO, CTO, CDO and senior information technology assignments. He operates across all industries and is known for his relationships with best-in-class technology and digital talents, both existing and emerging. He has served a wide variety of clients ranging from prominent global companies (listed and non-listed) to mid-cap, fast-growing smaller firms and private equity backed businesses.

Laurent is also part of the Technology Practice assisting emerging growth companies to the world's premier public technology corporations to recruit their senior leaders (CEO/COO/CTO/CRO) in all regions of the world. He has led many high-profile engagements for companies in software, IT services, and industrial technology.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Laurent worked for a boutique search firm,  where he led recruitment projects for software and telecommunications companies.

Laurent graduated from Neoma Business School in 2005. He is fluent in English and French.
