Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Uren was a Partner at PA Consulting.
Ms. Uren has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors and geographies, leading global talent strategy, leadership development and high potential identification projects for clients such as BP, Etihad, National Grid and Time Warner.
Prior to Ms. Uren's consulting career, she held Regional HR Director roles and Group Talent positions with organisations such as PepsiCo and Rothmans. Over recent years, Ms. Uren has authored six substantial pieces of research which together, helped build a deeper understanding of what organisations need to do to truly embed enduring talent management strategies and engage and develop their most talented individuals.
