Liam Lawrence is a Senior Client Partner and leader in Korn Ferry’s Insurance Practice, based in the Firm’s Chicago office.

With over 25 years of experience in executive search and talent management, Mr. Lawrence specializes in officer level recruitment across nearly all sectors of the global insurance industry.

Mr. Lawrence has successfully led executive searches for a diverse range of clients, including mutual, public, and private equity-backed insurers, as well as brokers, and industry associations. His recruitment expertise spans a wide array of roles, including CEO and board, as well as leadership positions across most functions.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Lawrence was a Managing Director at another leading search firm, responsible for building and leading their insurance practice.

A respected voice in the industry, Mr. Lawrence is often quoted in publications such as Business Insurance and Best’s Review, contributing his insights on talent management and leadership in the insurance sector.

Mr. Lawrence holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Marquette University.
