She has over 20 years’ experience in leading global technology-forward boutique search firms, focussed on working with Fortune 100 and FTSE 100 companies, especially those going through transformation across Technology, Digital, Data and the Customer.
Lisa has completed senior-level search assignments across all sectors and geographies, with an additional focus on regulated industries and larger customer-centric organisations.
She is a founding member of the world’s largest female c-suite networking group, Chief, and places a strong emphasis on delivering under-represented talent to her clients.
Lisa is also a qualified Executive Coach from Henley Business School and holds a degree in Psychology from Edinburgh University.
