Ludger Schwinn is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry and a member of the Global Life Sciences Practice. He is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
For 16 years, Mr. Schwinn supported clients to identify, evaluate and onboard senior executives. His specialization area is pharma, biopharma, biotech and medical devices. Mr. Schwinn worked with large global companies and assisted US biotech start-ups in establishing their operations in Europe. In parallel, Mr. Schwinn performed numerous strategic management assessments and contributed to the development of leadership development programs for key clients.
Before joining KornFerry, Mr. Schwinn served as Managing Partner of the Swiss affiliate of an international executive search boutique.
Prior to that, Mr. Schwinn established and led the fast-growing affiliates of two major pharmaceutical companies in Russia and the CIS as Managing Director. He also initiated the first Western joint venture for vaccine manufacturing in Russia.
Today Mr. Schwinn leads some of Korn Ferry’s global strategic client partnerships in the pharmaceuticals sector as Global Account Director.
Mr. Schwinn holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Basel in Switzerland.
He is fluent in German and English with working knowledge in French, Italian and Russian.
