Luka Cras is a Principal at Korn Ferry, based in the Amsterdam office, where she supports clients in aligning strategy, culture, structure, and workforce.
As part of the Organization Strategy practice, she brings over seven years of experience delivering strategic initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and performance across sectors including energy, consumer goods, finance, and the non-profit space.
Luka thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys tackling complex challenges through a combination of analytical, conceptual, and hands-on approaches—always maintaining a positive and energized ambiance. Known for her ability to quickly grasp clients’ unique needs and translate them into impactful solutions, she serves as a trusted advisor to both subject matter experts and senior leadership.
She has experience leading transformation initiatives, including large-scale reorganizations and M&As, the design of functional target operating models, and organization (re)designs across sectors. Her expertise includes developing performance management systems, career frameworks, job evaluation structures and reward strategies.
Passionate about working in international settings, Luka enjoys to work on projects abroad, having experience in South Africa, China, Eastern & Southern Europe and the Caribbean.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and graduated cum laude with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
She is fluent in both Dutch and English.
