Manuel Muñiz

Mr. Muñiz Morell specializes in senior executive search and leadership solutions for the Technology sector, with a particular focus on Software and Digital Platform companies, PE-backed and investor-owned businesses, and corporations undergoing AI-driven transformation. He also works with organizations across industries where technology is reshaping leadership and driving business model change.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Muñiz Morell held senior general management roles at technology-enabled businesses across Iberia and Latin America, including as General Manager for Iberia and LatAm at Finomnia, a PE-backed fintech software group, and as Managing Director at Globant, a leading digital transformation company, where he led significant business growth partnering with major corporations and digital platforms across multiple geographies.

Earlier in his career, he spent eight years in institutional financial markets in London at Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Santander. He is also an active entrepreneur and investor with multiple ventures founded and an early-stage investment portfolio across the technology sector.

Mr. Muñiz Morell holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from ICAI — Universidad Pontificia Comillas. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and German.
