Before joining Korn Ferry, I held senior leadership roles in the talent acquisition and workforce solutions industry, advising multinational corporations and high-growth organizations across Latin America. My experience spans executive hiring, talent strategy, workforce planning, recruitment process outsourcing, and organizational growth.
This combination of advisory and operational experience allows me to bring a practical business perspective to executive search, helping clients identify leaders who can deliver meaningful business outcomes and support long-term transformation.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Human Resources. I am fluent in English and Spanish and regularly partner with organizations throughout Mexico and Latin America.
