As a seasoned executive in the healthcare and education industry, and advisor to C-Suites and boards, Margaret is a sought-out advisor to public and private education organizations, health systems and physician practices.

Her 32 years in the industry includes leadership roles both at health systems, physician practices and educational institutions, as well as a practice leader at PwC and the US representative on PwC’s Global Higher Education network. As a Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry, she has led C-Suite and executive-level searches for academic institutions and health systems.

She has led several multibillion dollars transactions in the higher education and healthcare industry, guiding integration planning and implementation in the governance, operating model design, financial assessment including synergy analysis, operations, and technology disciplines. Her focus with leaders has been assisting in strategic positioning and negotiations with stakeholders including third parties, faculty, physicians, and health systems. She routinely engages in discussions regarding talent strategies, organizational design, and performance excellence.

Margaret received her BS from the University of Mary Washington, and her MHA from Duke University. Additional executive certificates from Harvard Business School/IESE and INSEAD. She is an adjunct faculty member at Johns Hopkins University and serves on JHU’s MHA Advisory Board and Duke University’s Global Alumni Board.
