Ms. Torres has supported a multinational telecom company in a merger process, assessing the top leaders of the two organizations, and advising on the risk and fit in the new organizational design. She supports leaders and top executives to strengthen as a team and increase their effectiveness to lead the organizational transformation consistently.
Ms. Torres has worked with a variety of national and international companies, within industries such as oil and gas, mining, pharmaceutical, retail, financial, and insurance. Having lived and worked in different countries such as United States, France, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and Peru has enabled her to engage with clients from different backgrounds.

Her experience has enabled her to grow along with the practice and the market, building expertise in capability assessment, competency modelling design, and implementation, aligning the culture, HR systems, process, and talent with company strategy and operating model.
Ms. Torres has a degree in economics and business administration from the Complutense University of Madrid, specializing in auditing.
