With over 30 years of experience, Ms. Langer has supported global, privately held, and Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries, including industrial, consumer, life sciences, med tech, and technology.

Ms. Langer also advises clients on how their leaders can drive effective leadership in an era defined by AI, digital disruption, and business transformation. Her work helps organizations strengthen leadership capability, build future-ready talent, and navigate change with greater clarity and confidence.

She is especially passionate about helping individuals, particularly those from underrepresented groups, identify and express the highest and truest version of themselves.

Her areas of expertise include CEO and executive assessment and succession, DEI consulting, high-potential talent and leadership development, strategic enterprise competency modeling, and AI-ready digital leadership and business transformation.

Previously, Ms. Langer was a consultant with another leading leadership advisory firm, where she was a member of the Leadership Consulting, Chief Information Officer, and Industrial Search practices.

She brings distinctive expertise and a unique perspective to strategic talent challenges, combining an internal consultative lens with an external benchmarking view. She has delivered customized analyses for clients on talent strategy, talent acquisition, leadership trends, and evolving workforce needs.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Langer spent nine years with a boutique recruiting firm, where she opened and led three satellite offices across the Chicagoland area. She began her career as a technical recruiter with CDI Corporation.

Ms. Langer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University, with specializations in marketing and human resources management and a minor in journalism.

She is certified in Korn Ferry Leadership Solution, The Inclusive™ Leader assessment, Potential Assessment, Learning Agility, Styles and Climate, and Hogan Assessments. She has also completed an ICF-certified coaching program.
