Previously, Ms. Langer was a consultant with another leading leadership advisory firm where she was a member of the leadership consulting practice and chief information officers and industrial search practices.
Ms. Langer brings distinctive expertise and a unique perspective to strategic talent issues bridging an internal consultative and external benchmarking view. She has provided customized analyses for multiple clients regarding talent strategy, acquisition and leadership trends.
Ms. Langer's early experience includes nine years with a boutique recruiting firm where she opened and led three Chicagoland branch offices. She began her career as a technical recruiter with CDI Corporation.
Ms. Langer holds a bachelors degree in business administration with specializations in marketing and human resources management and minor in journalism from Marquette University. She is certified in Korn Ferry Leadership ArchitectTM, Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential, Korn Ferry Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate, Korn Ferry Four Dimensions of Leadership and Talent, Hogan Assessments, Saville Consulting WAVE Styles Assessment and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
