Ms. Langer partners with clients to optimize leaders’ impact and organization’s effectiveness in execution of their business strategy. She brings over thirty years of experience supporting global, privately held to Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries including industrial, consumer, technology, healthcare and financial services.
She is most passionate about helping individuals, specifically underrepresented groups, identify their highest and truest expression of themselves.
Ms. Langer’s experience includes diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) consulting, CEO succession planning, executive assessment and succession, high potential talent and leadership development, competency modeling, mergers and acquisitions and board effectiveness.
Ms. Langer is a core member of The InclusiveTM Leader team responsible for developing and scaling the solution both internally (e.g., consultant enablement, solution development) and externally (e.g., engagement management).
Previously, Ms. Langer was a consultant with another leading leadership advisory firm where she was a member of the leadership consulting practice and chief information officers and industrial search practices.
Ms. Langer brings distinctive expertise and a unique perspective to strategic talent issues bridging an internal consultative and external benchmarking view. She has provided customized analyses for multiple clients regarding talent strategy, acquisition and leadership trends.
Ms. Langer’s early experience includes nine years with a boutique recruiting firm where she opened and led three Chicagoland branch offices. She began her career as a technical recruiter with CDI Corporation.
Ms. Langer holds a bachelors degree in business administration with specializations in marketing and human resources management and a minor in journalism from Marquette University. She is certified in The InclusiveTM Leader Assessment, KF Leadership Solution, KF Potential Assessment, KF Learning Agility, KF Styles and Climate, Hogan Assessments, Saville Consulting WAVE Styles Assessment, H&S Accredited Coaching Program/ICF training; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Symphony, and KF Power BI.
