Mark is a Senior Client Partner supporting the firm’s Organization Strategy capability, with a particular focus on culture transformation and top team performance.
With his Olympic credentials, Mark brings a unique understanding of high-performance psychology, behavioural science and decades of experience working within and helping to develop environments where success and engagement are inevitable.
Mark has a track record of helping organizations create (and sustain) learning & performance cultures, challenging leaders to be intentional in role modelling transformational leadership behaviours, cultivating high performance environments where people thrive, and helping executive teams to unlock their potential.
He brings 20 years of business and commercial experience and previously served as Partner in a Big 4 Professional Services firm, where he specialised in leadership & team development, organizational performance, transformation and culture change.
Richardson has a Bachelor’s degree in sports science from Loughborough University.
